All Revibe products are fully tested and contain 0.00% THC, as to comply with the 2018 US Farm Bill. We encourage consumers to start small, assess how they feel and adjust accordingly when first trying CBD.

Is CBD legal?

CBD is produced from the Sativa L. hemp plant and is legal to sell, procure and consume in the United States. This is based on the US Farm Bill, signed into law in December of 2018. All Revibe products are fully tested and contain 0.00% THC.

Where is your hemp sourced?

Our products are hand-harvested from 100% pesticide-free plants grown with love and care from Massachusetts farmers following organic practices. Revibe products are tested multiple times to ensure our products are of the highest quality and standard.

How and where should I store Revibe?

We recommend storing Revibe at room temperature, as you would with any of your other cosmetics or supplements. With that, Revibe products may last up to 24 months.

Do you test your products?

All our products come with a Certificate of Analysis to ensure we are crafting our products with the finest ingredients. Additionally, we validate all our products with ISO 17025 Certified third-party labs to ensure purity and consistency, including:

My Order

How can I track my order?

After placing an order, you will first receive an order confirmation email that contains your unique order number. Then you will be sent a separate email notifying you the order has shipped. The shipping email will include your tracking number allowing you to monitor the order’s progress.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

All of our orders are delivered in 2-5 business days. We send all of our products via USPS First Class Direct. If an order is placed before 12:00 p.m. MST it will most likely ship the same day. If the order is placed after 12:00 p.m. the order will ship the following morning. (Exception: Friday afternoon orders will ship on the following Monday)

What is your return policy?

Here at Revibe, we stand by our product. That is why we offer an enjoyment guarantee. If by chance you are not satisfied with your Revibe product, let us know via email or phone call 619.800.1838. If you are within the first 30 days of your first full tube purchase, we will honor a full refund of the product.

How much is shipping?

With Revibe, you will always enjoy completely free 2-5 business day shipping. If you ever need an order sooner and would like to purchase expedited shipping give us a call at 619.800.1838 and we will be happy to help. Please reach out prior to placing your order if are in need of expedited shipping.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

At this time we are only shipping within the United States. However, we certainly hope to begin shipping internationally soon. If you live in another country and want to try Revibe, feel free to email us at info@myrevibe.com and we will add you to our list to reach out once it becomes available!

Our goal is to make sure you’re happy and have the best experience possible with Revibe. If it turns out Revibe isn’t for you, we’ll refund your first order as long as you are within 30 days of the purchase date.
